A commemoration of the Victims of Nagasaki by the Greater Fall River Committee for Peace and justice

A simple memorial on the exact 63rd anniversary of the bombing of Nagasaki. There will be reading of eyewitness accounts and poetry by survivors. a discussion of the decision to drop the second atomic bomb in light of recent scholarship, songs, prayers and a procession to the river where we will float flowers down the Taunton River in remembrance of the victims.
